At a time when no one believed in the business of selling sarees on an online platform, Nandinita quit her seven years long corporate job and founded 8Poure as one of the very first Online Saree stores from West Bengal. Thanks to her ground-breaking designing ideas and support of her mother Shila Chakraborty, Nandinita’s designs were highly applauded by people. “Last Durga Puja, few of my creations went viral on social media. Almost everyone started selling those products,” shares Nandinita.

8Poure a sole proprietorship organization, the affairs of which are monitored by Nandinita with the help of her mother, and her father Pradip Chakraborty, who administer employee management and accounts respectively. 8POURE operates with a motive to provide 100 percent genuine products, services and price. A dedicated team of more than 15 office staffs and more than 35 artisan along with team leaders are delicately working to bring out the best in the market. Kick-started its journey with merely two bags, 8Poure has today grown to an extent where it’s operating out of two offices. Growing further, the company is now aiming to launch new lines and segments in women wear. It has started a new brand named ‘Luck e 13’, which offers Contemporary styles in modern fusion wear.
