Apart from this, to keep yourself and your hair and scalp hydrated, drink at least 3-4 liters of water daily.

2) Have Your Hair Trimmed Regularly
We all have a fetish for long hair but never really care for it. Whether you have long or short hair, winter season can make the ends of your hair dry and might have split tens as well.

3) Allow your hair to Air Dry

In adverse situations, if you don’t have sufficient time for your hair to dry naturally, then use a blow drier and the cool setting. Before blow-drying your hair, use pre-styling spray or a leave-in conditioner.

4) Double up on Conditioner
Conditioning your hair should be an important ritual after you shampoo your hair. Hence, never leave your hair without conditioning it.

Many people love to take shower in hot water as it makes them feel very relaxed especially during the winter season. It is advisable not to take a hot shower as it’s neither good for your skin nor your hair. Hot water dehydrates your skin and hair and makes your hair look dry and unhealthy.
