Founder, Executive & Life Coach

In today's business world, coaching has become a cornerstone of leadership development. Not only can coaching be a transformative process for personal and professional awareness, discovery, and growth, but also it offers the opportunity for executives to uncover their blind spot, improve leadership skills and achieve real business results. Life coaching is the process of partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Growth projections for the life coaching industry are an estimated 6.7%, taking revenue to $1.34 billion by 2022.

Nitin Mistry an engineering graduate, practicing by virtue of passion over knowledge established Life and Executive coaching organization in 2017. The coaching journey of Nitin began when he read a post from Stanford, inviting applications from Industry leaders and job creators to be volunteered as a Seed coach. The concept of Seed Coach mesmerized him and he decided to venture at unknown. Soon after the first (and the last) interview with SEED, he realized that his industrial experience and expertise were inadequate without formal training as a coach.

Thereafter, becoming a certified coach became his ultimate goal. Today, Nitin Mistry
is a certified Life Coach from Symbiosis Coaching and has earned his coaching certifications from ICF approved coaching program. Through his coaching, he can provide the tools, strategy, and support to help the clients to realize their true potential and achieve the goals they have set for themselves creating a life they can be proud of.

In the coaching process, he focuses on the person as a whole, not just who they are at their workplace, or focusing only on a specific area of their life. He looks at the person entirely and tries to focus on the individual's life goal setting, outcome creation, and personal change management. He provides coaching on personal growth and career development, interpersonal relationships, increasing confidence and self-esteem, empathy and compassion, self-awareness, personal fulfillment, stress management, delegation, empowerment, and many more. However, it is altogether different when it comes to organizational level, executive coaching is outcome-focused to ensure sustain-able business results. No matter what course title one may give, the core values revolve around three things i.e., problem solving, achieving short-term & long-term goals, and performance improvement & getting better.

Further, Nitin Mistry provides life goals that help clients to make the most of their strengths, provide enough support to their clients to achieve long-lasting change in themselves, clarify their goals, identify the obstacles holding them back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. With each coaching session, the client experiences an increase in self-confidence, become more self-reliant, experience a major change in their communication and presentation skill, learn to take more responsibility & the accountability for the outcome they receive, and can feel more empowered & eliminate the feeling of being inadequate.

Moreover, Nitin Mistry carrying 37 years of professional experience with small, medium, and enterprise-level organizations, has received multiple opportunities to hone his technical and interpersonal skills. It strengthened his ideas and value system as a whole which helped him transform into a thought provoker for the people he worked with. He believes that effective coaching has the potential to enable the growth that lies within each individual, which is the key to bringing out the best in all the untapped talent that each individual is blessed with. "There is a great amount of realization dawned on people that working with a Life Coach does not mean that you are weak and incapable of solving your problems. Life coach helps you to become a better version of yourself” concludes Nitin Mistry.
