Offerings that Speak Quality
At HomeTown, solutions aren’t pushed to the customers; rather, every Duracucine kitchen is tailor-made to the client needs. To achieve this, the company follows a process starting with a site visit to understand the customer’s requirements, family size, cooking styles and lifestyle. The information collected aptly arms the designers to customize the designs accordingly. Post the design is finalized, a detailed quotation is shared with the customer for price closure, post which the order is processed and put into production. Once the kitchen is delivered, HomeTown’s installation team installs the kitchen at the customer’s house and enrols them for the service camps under which every customer gets a scheduled call from the service team checking the health of the kitchen and have a proactive discussion on issues if any.

“From two-side acrylic, R gloss, PU paint finishes to foils selection, which are exclusive and unique to us, we offer high quality hardware from brands like Hettich and Kessebohmer. Our endeavour is to offer best value for money to all our customers,” explains Medha. Hence, the company defines product specifications with the vendors, including thickness of laminate/foil, their tensile strengths, bending test for MDF and ply to salt test for welding joint test in case of accessories and hardware use. Even the hinges are tested multiple times for optimum functionality and durability. To further ensure error-free delivery, HomeTown has QC personnel at every factory to ensure only the best quality kitchen is delivered to the customers.

Atop, the company has a trained team of contractors and in-house installers to execute the project at site. “Our execution time is three days. But in case of an addition or replacement, we take 21 days from order to install/replace. Any manufacturing related issue under warranty is replaced free of cost,” explains Medha. This is how the company has executed over 3000 kitchens across India.
