Named ‘Local’ to foster belonging, Curated Living Solution offers purpose-built student housing and coliving spaces. The firm’s commitment includes daily cleaning, top-tier internet, and in-house F&B for safe meals, complemented by premium services like turndown service and privacy-focused room designs based on customer feedback. For admissions, B2B clients manage their associates, while B2C applicants undergo Aadhaar card verification per government norms. The firm collects local guardian and parental contacts, university IDs, and government IDs (like Aadhaar or passport) for comprehensive records. Formerly required police verification by some municipalities has shifted to Aadhaar authentication, ensuring secure admissions processes.

Curated Living Solutions manages diverse partnerships across sectors: in Bangalore, the firm accommodates Manipal Hospitals' staff and oversee Reva University's services for 3500 students. “We support Med PG in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, and collaborate with VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology in Hyderabad, DY Patil, and Bajaj in Pune. We also manage on-campus hostels for AISSMS Pune and also own and operate 1000 beds on campus at NSHM Institute of Engineering and Management in West Bengal. Additionally, also developed a 500-bed student housing facility in Vishakhapatnam which we operate for Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone, enhancing their capability in medical equipment manufacturing”, adds Jai Challa.
