This week, Perfetti Van Melle India, Wavemaker India and HiVoco claimed a spot in the prestigious India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records for creating a unique Multilingual Voice-Interactive Treasure Hunt ca- mpaign for Halloween.

Halloween, the widely celebrated occasion among ch- ildren, has taken on a new dimension with the in- troduction of the World's First Voice Interactive Multi-Lingual Treasure Hunt. This groundbreaking campaign, spearheaded by HiVoco in partnership with Perfetti Van Melle India and Wavemaker India, showcased the power of technology-led marketing to captivate young audiences.

Halloween, observed on October 31st each year, has experienced a surge in popularity among children worldwide. In 2022, HiVoco, an interactive storytelling and edu-gaming app developed by Audio First Commerce Pvt. Ltd., joined forces with Perfetti Van Melle India and Wavemaker India to create an immersive and educational treasure hunt experience for children.

Leveraging HiVoco's patent-applied voice-interactive technology, the partners successfully developed the World's First Voice Interactive Multi-Lingual Treasure Hunt, available in four Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Bangla. This innovative campaign employed HiVoco's unique capabilities to engage children with their favorite characters and foster language learning through interactive conversations. The treasure hunt was launched on October 31st, 2022.

Perfetti Van Melle India, India's leading confectionery manufacturer renowned for its beloved brands such as Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly, played a pivotal role in this campaign. They introduced two limited-edition Halloween Jellies, Guava and Strawberry, adding an extra element of excitement and fun to the occasion.

Wavemaker India, a technology and insights-driven media agency under WPP India, recognized HiVoco's exceptional potential and collaborated with Perfetti Van Melle India to design the Halloween Treasure Hunt campaign. Through their combined expertise and strategic approach, they ensured that the campaign would resonate with children, capturing their imagination and promoting engagement.

With its patent-applied technology, HiVoco has witnessed an impressive surge in popularity, boasting nearly 200,000 downloads.

This innovation was recognised by the Juries of India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records. Below is the official adjudication:

FIRST VOICE INTERACTIVE MULTI-LINGUAL HALLOWEEN TREASURE HUNT

The record for building the first voice interactive multi-lingual halloween treasure hunt interactive application is set by Perfetti Van Melle India and Audio First Commerce Pvt. Ltd. Audio First Commerce's Android application, HiVoco is a children’s Interactive storytelling and Edu-gaming app. Using HiVoco’s patent-applied voice-interactive technology, this treasure hunt was designed and developed in 3 Indian Languages on the occasion of Halloween. The treasure hunt was launched on 31st October 2022 and has garnered nearly 200,000 downloads as confirmed on June 14, 2023.
